Standard size is 170mm which fits most adults, these bracelets are strung on a durable elasticated cord and are therefore very easy to wear (please specify if you need another size) if you require different colours please contact me below.

How to take your wrist measurement: 
if you don't have a tape measure on hand just use any thin twine wrap around your wrist (snug fit) and measure flat on a ruler, please don't use an existing bracelet, I will allow for slack, so please do not be tempted to add a bit extra.
