I must commend Kathleen Barry's attention to detail. What really stood out to me was their customer care. After placing my order, they reached out to confirm whether I wanted a pair of earrings and necklace to match. There wasn’t an option to customise the necklace directly on the site.

The owner noticed for one set I had selected a specific colour for a pair of earings and confirmed whether I'd like the necklace to be the same colour.
