Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time frames below refer to courier transit time only and do not include production time.

Most designs are made to order and dispatch times vary depending on the item selected. Estimated dispatch times are shown on individual product pages where available*. 

Orders containing multiple items will dispatch when all items are ready. Mixed orders follow the longest lead time.

Production / Dispatch Times

Most pieces are handmade to order to allow for a wide range of colour and finish options.

Typical production timeframes:

Standard designs
1–2 weeks depending on order volume

Custom orders
1–4 weeks depending on design complexity

Ready to ship items
Some pieces are available for faster dispatch when stock is available.

If you are working toward a specific deadline (hair trial, wedding, or event), you are welcome to get in touch before ordering so I can confirm availability.

Courier delivery is available nationwide.

Shipping options are selected at checkout depending on your delivery location.

Outlying or remote areas
2–3 business days

International orders are shipped via tracked courier services.

Transit time after dispatch is typically:

4–7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.

Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
