Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.
As all of our accessories are handcrafted to order and often customised to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

Because of the delicate, occasion-specific nature of our work, items cannot be tried on and returned. Each piece is made individually and requires many hours of detailed handcrafting, so returning items is not feasible or hygienically acceptable.

Quality Concerns

We take great care in creating each piece. If you believe your item has a genuine workmanship or material fault, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order and include clear photographs.
Quality concerns are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, we will offer a repair or remake of the same item.
This does not include damage caused by wear, improper handling, or accidents.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Almost all of our products involve personalisation, colour selections, size adjustments, or made-to-order craftsmanship. For this reason, they cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Responsibility

If a repair or remake is approved due to a confirmed craftsmanship issue, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
