Returns & Exchanges
Kathleen Barry Bespoke Occasion Accessories sales are final. Due to the nature of occasion accessories (often a one time wear item) we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances and treat each case on it's own merit, this will be done in the form of a store credit. Customers must e-mail their concern within 5 days of receiving their item/s please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in it's original condition.
If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 5 days of receiving items for an exchange.
