How does payment work?

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases my designs are made to order due to all the variations offered.

CURRENT LEAD TIMES: (manufacture times) this is subject to change due to order volumes.

Standard items: 1-2 weeks, depending on amount of items per order

Custom orders: 1-4 weeks

Quick to despatch: 2-5 working days after payment (some are in stock)

Rush orders: If you need your order sooner please contact me to confirm if your deadline is possible.

How long before my occasion do I need to order?

Most brides prefer to work to a specific date, either a hair trial or dress fitting, you are welcome to add a date on check out high-lighting a specific date. 

Standard items are subject to our regular lead time of 2-4 weeks (some are ready much sooner. Custom orders/ variations and large multiple item orders can take a little longer. As the season gets busier I prefer to have enough time not to have to rush any orders.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes absolutely, contact me with your ideas or inspiration images, I can then quote you and create a custom order listing for you. I provide images for custom orders prior to despatch

I am not sure what options to select, can you help?

I am more than happy to assist, or make suggestions contact me with your ideas or direction you want to go in and if necessary I can tweak some elements to fit with the look you are wanting.

Do you have a physical retail store?

We are an online retail establishment and make our items to order,
we do not carry stock. All orders are transacted online. You are welcome to contact me with images of ideas you have and I can send you examples of similar work I have done with pricing.
