It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Kathleen was beyond helpful. I had an idea of the look I was going for and we spoke via e-mail and also over the phone, she was very thoughtful and patient with me. She made sure I did not order before I got a clear picture of how the vine would look like and that it would fulfill all my expectations.

It was delivered in record time. The product looked even more beautiful than the pictures. I am very pleased with my Carly vine and I can't wait to wear it on my big day.

Kathleen got me out of a real bind 2 days before my wedding when I realised I had left my hair vine in the UK! Having trawled the shops and not found anything suitable, my friend told me she had bought her wedding hair accessories from Kathleen and she was sure they had emergency services. ‘Cause let’s face it, anything that doesn’t work out exactly right in the lead up to your wedding feels like an emergency!! I rang Kathleen and she was incredibly understanding. She even offered to make me up a hair vine in time, but I loved the one she had in stock so it wasn’t necessary. She arranged for next day delivery and this gorgeous piece of hair jewellery arrived just moments before I was due to drive off to Franschoek to begin the wedding celebrations.
