I must commend Kathleen Barry's attention to detail. What really stood out to me was their customer care. After placing my order, they reached out to confirm whether I wanted a pair of earrings and necklace to match. There wasn’t an option to customise the necklace directly on the site.

However their thoughtfulness to follow-up showed a genuine commitment to getting the order just right rather than simply processing it. The jewellery itself is beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. I would definitely recommend Kathleen Barry to anyone looking for unique, carefully crafted pieces with a personal touch.

The owner noticed for one set I had selected a specific colour for a pair of earings and confirmed whether I'd like the necklace to be the same colour. I couldn't select customisation for the necklace but extremely appreciated that they reached out to check. It showed me that they care about their customers and their work.
